Touch displays
Today, touch displays are mainly used in educational institutions or offices. They have a pressure-sensitive surface and can therefore be operated with a finger or special pens. A display can be operated by several users at the same time. Manufacturers supply their displays directly with the appropriate software, e.g. for whiteboarding. In conjunction with an additional PC, typical computer programmes can be operated by touch. Interactive touch displays open up a wide range of possibilities for the design of interactive lessons or joint collaboration in meetings. Touch displays are also used at the point of sale to display site plans, special offers, etc.
