The weatherproof Marshall CV228 Lipstick camera captures crisp, colour-accurate HD video with a next-generation Sony sensor, 4.0mm wide-angle (85°) lens and efficient precision processors. The feature-rich CV228 is built into a robust, cylindrical all-weather housing with a diameter of just 19.5 mm and 3 metre breakout cable including 3GSDI, RS485 remote control and 12 V power supply. The CV228 is designed for harsh outdoor or dirty environments where dust, dirt, water, mud and snow are a factor.

Miniature camera size
The Marshall CV228 can be placed in very discreet locations and can withstand dirty, dusty and wet environments. Despite its compact form factor, the CV228 reliably produces crystal clear video over full size 3G/HD-SDI (BNC) in progressive or interlaced resolutions up to 1920 x 1080. Improved sensors and design
The Marshall CV228 utilises the latest sensor and processor technology from Sony with an increase in video performance and a very low signal-to-noise threshold, even in low light conditions. In addition, the CV228 includes a more durable and flexible RG6 coaxial breakout cable that can withstand heavy use and flexing.
Versatile placement and mounting
The Marshall CV228 features a standard 1/4"-20 mounting socket for use with tripods, goosenecks and other camera mounting accessories. Combine it with the self-adhesive Marshall CVM-6 camera mounting kit with optional lipstick clip for more flexibility.
Flexible control and frame rate options
Simply choose between 60, 59.94, 50, 30, 29.97, 25 frame rates at resolutions of 1920 x 1080p, 1920 x 1080i and 1280 x 720p. For remote setting and adjustment, the CV226 supports RS485 Visca control, allowing precise picture adjustments to be made from control rooms, OB vans and/or OB trucks.
