What is BenQ InstaShow?

You probably know the problem: You come into a meeting room with your notebook, want to connect it to a projector or display and the HDMI cable is missing. What to do? The BenQ InstaShow system was developed precisely for such cases. It wirelessly transmits an image in Full-HD quality to the display device and thus replaces the HDMI cable. no additional software is necessary!

You can use it to transmit presentations, images, texts or videos wirelessly up to 8 metres. This makes BenQ InstaShow suitable for small and medium-sized meeting rooms.

This is how it works with wireless image transmission

Plug the InstaShow Button into your laptop or tablet
Connect the BenQ mini-computer (host) to a projector or display via HDMI cable
Now press the "InstaShow" button
Now the meeting can begin!

BenQ InstaShow Button: What the colours mean

When the button is red, it prepares the connection to the InstaShow Host.

As soon as the button lights up green, it has established the connection to the host and is ready for the presentation.

If the button lights up blue, the presentation is being transmitted.

How secure is wireless transmission with BenQ InstaShow?
