Display size

The size of the display should be adapted to the position where it is set up. From 32", the use of a display makes sense. For an upright installation in a fashion shop, sizes around 75" are recommended, as an outfit is shown almost life-size.

Image resolution

Full HD (1,920 x 1,080) in 16:9 format or WUXGA (1,920 x 1,200) in 16:10 format. The resolution depends on the content and the image size.

Installation

Mounting on the wall or on a stand. When choosing the stand, fixed and mobile solutions are available.

Expert Tip:

When positioning the mobile display, pay attention to nearby power sockets to avoid tripping hazards for customers.

Positioning

When positioning the sound system, it is important to consider what it is mainly intended for. For POS use, a maximum of two loudspeakers are usually used. For general sound reinforcement in a shop, the speakers in the ceiling are distributed over the entire area.

Connectivity

At the POS, the speakers are connected to the PC or signage player. For in-store sound reinforcement, an audio receiver with sufficient outputs for the required number of speakers is needed.

Assembly

The unit can be mounted in a suspended ceiling, a POS stand or on the wall, for example.

Expert Tip:

When choosing the sound system, pay attention to the area of the salesroom. The more speakers that need to be connected to the system, the more power it requires.

Efficiency

A large seminar room, a meeting room, a small classroom or even an impressive high-end home cinema. Every room has its own requirements for audio components. In addition to the electrical power handling capacity, the efficiency of a loudspeaker is important. Efficiency indicates in decibels how loud a loudspeaker is at one watt at a distance of one metre.

Loudspeaker type

Two speaker combinations are common in home and professional use. Complete radiators combine all loudspeakers in one cabinet. They reproduce the full spectrum of an audio signal within their frequency range. Modular systems each transmit a separate frequency range. This results in countless possibilities (e.g. tweeter/midrange units + bass unit). The quality of the speakers, the frequency range, their arrangement and placement are decisive for optimal sound quality.

Usability

The operability is adapted to your needs. Audio systems can either be tailored to a specific room situation or adapted to changing situations. This results in very different requirements for the control of an audio installation. This is done centrally via a permanently installed control panel, via several end devices via app or via comprehensive media control.

A high-quality audio setup is important! The human brain combines visual and auditory sensory stimuli. The playback quality of an audio system enhances the listener's perception and increases overall intelligibility.
