Bring In Service / Send-In Service
You contact the manufacturer directly (manufacturer support) and send them your device for repair. They will then send it back to you.
On-site service / swap service
You contact the manufacturer(manufacturer support) and they repair or replace the unit directly on site.
PickUp service
You contact the manufacturer directly(manufacturer support) and they arrange for the unit to be collected from you. After the repair, it will be returned to you.
