As a private customer, you can cancel your purchase within 14 days. We will bear the return shipping costs for you. You can find the complete cancellation policy in our cancellation policy.
1. Request a return
Simply contact us by e-mail or telephone regarding your return and complaint. We will then send you a return label for your order.
2. Carry out the return
After you have declared your cancellation by post or e-mail and have received a return label from us, you can follow our simple guidelines for the proper return of your goods.
3. Refund of the purchase amount
After the return has been confirmed by our logistics department, we will refund the purchase amount to the original means of payment.
Report transport damage correctly
Unfortunately, it can happen from time to time that the packaging or even the goods are damaged during transport. In our guide, we explain what to do to resolve the issue as quickly as possible!
Note any visible damage to the packaging directly on the consignment note in the presence of the deliverer and take photos of the damage.
1. Leave the goods unchanged and do not use them.
2. Report the damage to the transport company immediately.
3. Contact us immediately at our telephone number or e-mail address. Please include a photo of the damage and your order number. We may not be able to consider later complaints!
4. Do not send the goods back to us without consulting us. We will inform you about the further procedure.
