Warranty case

If, contrary to expectations, a defect occurs in your product, please fill out our return form and wait for us to contact you. We will check your concern and take care of a solution as soon as possible.

Request a return


To request a return, please log in to your customer account and access your "Orders" there. Select the order for which you want to request a return and click on the "Return" link at the top right. In this form, select "Reclamation" and fill in all the necessary fields. As soon as we have received your request, we will contact you.  

 If you have ordered from us as a guest, you can also use the return form. To do this, you will need your order number, surname and the e-mail address or postcode of the invoice recipient. 

The manufacturer of your appliance provide a warranty, the duration will vary from product to product, but they are very happy to help in the event of a problem with the device. You can find the relevant contact details here.
