The new version of the celexon high contrast floor scissor screen for ultra-short distance projection is here.
We have taken the wishes and feedback of our customers to heart during product development and have noticeably improved the screen both in its technical, internal and external values.

The new celexon UST High Contrast Floor Scissor Screen - Expert is now much better prepared for integration into or attachment to furniture.
In combination with a modern ultra-short distance projector, it becomes a true laser TV.
In combination with a modern ultra-short-throw projector, it becomes a true laser TV and thus a alternative for classic displays, which can visibly disturb the interior design of your offices or meeting rooms when not in use.

The highlight remains: When not in use, the surface disappears almost completely from view, as the screen does not have to be mounted on the wall or ceiling, but disappears into or behind your lowboard.

The result is an electrically rollable 21:9 display for your (MTR) meeting rooms.

Always large images are difficult to combine with classic screens and displays with high-quality corporate design. Visually, a display >75" often looks unattractive when switched off, disturbs the interior design and takes up wall space that can be better designed or used for other furnishings.
A laser TV solution also offers clear advantages, especially with regard to handling in your rooms, and makes 100"+ images possible in the first place.

With our new CLR floor scissor screen and a UST projector, e.g. from Epson, you can avoid this problem in an impressive way. The housing design with clear lines is not only easier to mount in or on your furniture than the previous version, it also cuts a very fine figure in minimalist room design.

Celexon's new floor scissor screen offers you smart features that provide significant visual and technical added value compared to similar products from other suppliers.

One highlight is the newly developed electric housing flap driven by a separate motor, which protects the screen from environmental influences when not in use, leaves an inconspicuous look in the room or furniture and thus impresses your meetings and presentations from the very first second.

For integration into a lowboard, our new floor scissor screen offers invisibly integrated carrying handles in the housing so that you can easily and safely insert the screen from above. It is just as easy to remove again if, for example, you need to install new or additional AV components or lay cables.

Our improved scissor joint mechanism is just as smart as it is useful. Highly stable, aluminium alloy die-cast joints ensure an extremely long service life and many thousands of up/down movement cycles. With celexon's Expert Series floor scissor screens, you're buying a product that will give you many years of great meetings.

In addition to all the external and mechanical improvements, we have of course also dedicated our development to our CLR high-contrast screen fabric. A newly developed microscopic light grid structure, manufactured using new production processes, produces up to 20% brighter images than its predecessor, delivering visibly more "punch" and colour contrast, making it even more suitable than ever for a true display replacement in your rooms.

We have significantly increased the number of directionally reflective blades on the fabric, improved the coating of the absorbing and ambient light deflecting upper areas of the blades and thus produce outstanding projection images in almost all lighting conditions. Lastly, if we look at the principle of diffuse reflection, it becomes apparent, especially during longer image viewing in comparison to an LED display, that the diffuse reflection of projection light on a screen, which is not directly active itself, is less tiring and therefore healthier according to current scientific findings. 

A laser TV with the new UST floor scissor screen from celexon not only flatters your eyes, it is also easy on them.

Even a modern ultra-short-throw projection enjoys maximum in-picture contrast and the deepest possible black level. A contrast screen fabric such as the celexon CLR Expert series is essential for the "OLED" effect, as it clearly optimises the black level. In addition, disturbing scattered and residual light is minimised, and ceiling light in particular can be reduced by up to 90%.

Celexon's black grid CLR high contrast fabric significantly improves the UST (Ultra Short Throw) projector image: The unique, multi-layered fabric design visibly increases the black level and effectively minimises the "grey haze" caused by ambient light in the room. Ambient light is actively deflected or absorbed away from the surface, so a high-contrast image is visible even under residual light conditions (lamps or daylight). You will be amazed and enjoy unprecedented image size as a TV replacement, which also saves costs, e.g. for a separate TV.

Our new CLR UST contrast fabric is ideal for all current (Full HD & 4K) and future projector resolutions up to 8K thanks to its special fabric structure. The unlimited viewing angle stability of up to 170 degrees and the particularly high colour fidelity, which enables online meetings in large rooms with many participants and presentations in the right colours, should be emphasised.

With the new series, we also offer a discreet white housing colour for meeting rooms in addition to the tried-and-tested black, at no extra charge.

Our tried-and-tested cable tensioning system ensures the essential flatness for ultra-short-distance projection without annoying dog-ears around the edges. We have cut the lateral tension tabs concave for even better tightening over the entire surface. An excellent flatness will give you undisturbed short-distance projection.

As if that wasn't enough, we have intensively revised the fabric coating and achieved a unique softness of the fabric with new material blends of the carrier material, so horizontal stripes and imprints of the winding shaft or the bonding of the leader and fabric have no chance of being distracting in the picture.

celexon installation tips: Our experts recommend a trigger connection for ease of use. The necessary USB trigger cable is included in the scope of delivery and can be connected to the USB-capable or trigger output-equipped ultra-short throw projector so that the screen automatically retracts when the projector starts up or switches off.

The included mounting brackets can be continuously tilted +/- 1.5°, use this feature to perfectly align your screen with the projector, eliminating the need for image degrading digital keystone correction via your projector for pixel-perfect image in full untouched resolution.

Mounting:

Our electric floor scissor screen can be installed safely, easily and quickly. 

The choice is yours: simply place the screen on the floor, on or behind your sideboard or on the wall, connect the power and the screen is ready for use. For an even more inconspicuous installation, you can recess the linear screen housing perfectly into a piece of furniture of your choice - the side control units and the power connection are designed to take up little space in the furniture and not protrude. The integrated carrying handles make handling much easier for you.
