DELUXX Cinema frame screen SlimFrame 332 x 186cm, 150" - SOUNDVISION
The SlimFrame from DELUXX is a high-quality frame screen with an extremelynarrow, velour-covered frame profile with a width of 12mm.
The DELUXX SlimFrame installed on the wall has the same design as a flat screen TVDesign of a flat screen TV.
The base frame is screwed together from 4 aluminium profiles and isrigid and permanently dimensionally stable. The velour coating preventsReflections at the edges and ensures perfect image definition and fatigue-free viewingand fatigue-free viewing.
With the new SOUNDVISION fabric, DELUXX achieves aDELUXX achieves a very fine surface structure that is rarely found in acoustically transparentSurface structure. Manufactured from high-precision woven glass fibre fibresfibres, a surface with extremely small acoustically transparent holes is created, whichprevent a moiree effect. The image is thus improved and appearsnoticeably more natural.
DELUXX goes that far with the fabric and releases it for 4k projections.
The robust fibreglass fabric ensures long-lasting enjoyment.
The sound permeability achieves excellent values, up to 7500Hz the attenuation isAttenuation is barely measurable at 2-3db, up to 10,000Hz less than 5dB attenuation ismeasurable.
From 18,000Hz the attenuation is just over 5dB and increases further with the frequencyFrequency. On average, the human ear hears well up to 20,000HzVery good values for the SOUNDVISION fabric.
A very homogeneous image reflection with a wide viewing angle of 160°makes this "TYPE D" (diffuse reflective) screen the ultimate choiceultimate choice for all projection systems.
The almost neutral gain of 1.1 brightens minimally without distorting colour values

Aspect Ratio | 16:9 Aspect Ratio Format: The projected image is output in a format (aspect ratio) specified by the projector. The format is also determined by the resolution of the projector (see also the entry "Resolution"). The screen format is usually selected on the basis of the format of the beamer image. The most common formats are 4:3, 16:9 and 16:10. |
Viewable Area - Width | 332 cm Viewable Area - Width Visible surface: The usable surface of a screen is the coated part of the cloth on which the image is projected. The frame and box width are always a few centimetres wider than the usable surface of the screen. |
Viewable Area - Height | 186 cm Viewable Area - Height Visible surface: The usable surface of a screen is the coated part of the cloth on which the image is projected. The frame and box width are always a few centimetres wider than the usable surface of the screen. Leader: The leader or offset is the part above the screen. This allows the upper vertical area of the fabric of a roller screen to be limited and freely determined within certain limits. The leading edge prevents the visible area of the screen from being set too high when a screen is positioned in rooms with high ceilings. |
Gain factor | 1.1 Gain factor Gain factor: The gain factor (or also called gain) is used to assess the reflection behaviour of screens and describes the light gain achieved in contrast to the brightness of the projector. A gain factor of 1.2 indicates that a screen reflects 1.2 times more in a given direction than a defined white standard surface. The gain factor is always given for the straight viewing angle of 0 degrees. Hot spot: A hot spot is a brightening in the centre of the image on a screen. These disturbing artefacts are created by the direct visibility of the projector lamp and only occur on screens with a very high gain factor (1.8 to 2.0). |
Viewing angle - Horizontal | 160° Viewing angle - Horizontal Viewing angle: The viewing angle indicates the distance from the centre line at which the projected image is perceived as being of good quality without restrictions. As a rule, the horizontal viewing angle is specified. A good viewing angle lies within a range of 110 to 130 degrees from the centre of the picture, i.e. 55 to 65 degrees to the left and 65 to the right. If you are outside the viewing angle, the picture deteriorates disproportionately. |
