Start your video call conference with reliable image quality thanks to the VK1080 video conference camera from celexon!
The camera can be quickly integrated into existing premises with very little installation effort and is especially designed for small to medium-sized rooms. The camera is operated via the included remote control, which makes controlling and adjusting the camera simple and intuitive. The onboard menu allows detailed settings of the recording quality as well as memory space for over 255 different preset options.
Start your calls quickly and easily - no additional software is required for operation - JUST PLUG AND PLAY.
FULL HD CONFERENCE CAMERA | The VK1080 camera ensures excellent images and smooth video recording with a resolution up to FULL HD (1920x1080@30fps). The 72° field of view (HOV) allows 6-8 participants to be fully captured simultaneously. In addition, the camera can be motorised to rotate -170° / +173° and tilt -30° / + 90°. At the same time, the camera can be aimed at a point at any time and this can be displayed sharply thanks to the autofocus. The 10x zoom shows even the smallest details in clearly visible quality, so that even objects or people at the end of the room, e.g. a flipchart, are clearly visible despite the zoom.
The 1 /2.8" Exmor CMOS image sensor and 2.1MP enables sharp, low-noise images in Full HD quality at 30p with accurate sensitivity even in low ambient light.
The VK1080 camera from celexon offers extensive connectivity options. With the included USB 2.0 A-A cable, the camera can be connected directly to a PC or optionally integrated into a network with an RS232 data cable (DIN8M) (RS232 cable not included).
The conference camera offers a variety of functions that optimise video calling and make it more convenient. One of these is white balance (AWB): The celexon VK1080 camera's default settings include automatic white balance, which ensures that the camera independently adjusts to the lighting conditions in the room and always records all participants and objects in the same brightness and quality. If the lighting conditions in the room change frequently, even this is no problem for the camera. The image is automatically realigned so that the conference can continue without interruption.
ONBOARD MENU | The extensive and detailed adjustment possibilities of PTZ cameras (P = Pan | T = Tilt | Z = Zoom) are one of the reasons why these camera systems are so popular for video conferences. The VK1080 camera from celexon comes with an extensive onboard menu that allows a wide range of settings to be made individually without the need for additional software. This makes it possible, for example, to set the mode of the autofocus and the reaction time of the focusing. Once you have made the desired settings, you can save them on the remote control to any key combination. Whenever the camera is switched on, you only have to press the key combination and the camera will readjust itself. This gives you a fast and optimised start for upcoming video conferences without having to make the same settings every time.
COMPATIBILITY | The VK1080 camera allows a plug-and-play USB connection, making it even faster and easier to get your content onto the presentation screen. The camera is recognised by the PC just like a classic webcam (in most cases, necessary drivers are downloaded or pre-installed upon connection). This means that the camera can be quickly and easily combined and used with common video conferencing providers such as Google Teams or Zoom.
READY TO GO | Straight from the box, the VK1080 camera can be put into operation immediately without having to procure additional cables or software. For the FULL HD camera, a 2.5m USB A-A cable is included, providing enough length to position the camera in the room.

Resolution | 1920 x 1080 Full HD Resolution Resolution: The resolution of a projector is the maximum number of image points (pixels) that a projector can display based on its naturally existing technology, i.e. without conversion or cropping of the image. The native resolution is the number of pixels that a projector physically has to display the image. A projector usually interpolates a resolution when it receives an image signal with a higher resolution than the native one. If this is the case, there may be a lack of image detail or general blurring in the displayed image. If a projector receives an image signal with a lower resolution than the native, it also interpolates, it scales the image up to the native resolution, calculates corresponding additional pixels, if possible without changing the image information. The disadvantage here is that although the image is displayed larger than fed, the original individual pixels may become much more visible as they are multiplied by the conversion. 4K: 4K refers to the resolution of 3840 x 2160 or Ultra High Definition Television (UHDTV). This resolution corresponds to 4 times the resolution of Full HD. To record films with this resolution, special cameras are needed that can record at around 8 megapixels (4K). Full HD: The term Full HD is used to describe devices that can physically display or output HDTV signals in full (1920 x 1080 pixels). 1080p: 1080p is the specification of the vertical picture lines. Among other things, it refers to the resolution 1920 x 1080. The "p" in this case means full frames, so all picture lines are displayed simultaneously. 1080i: 1080i is the specification of the vertical picture lines. The "i" in this case means fields. This signal is usually displayed interpolated (e.g. by devices with a 1280 x 720 HDready resolution). The interpolation digitally adds pixels, but also offers a slight blurring. In contrast, 1080p playback uses full frames. |

Focus type | Manual & automatic focus Focus type Focus: Many projectors are equipped with a focus, which ensures that the image on the screen is in focus. There are three different types of focus. There is the manual focus, which is set by hand using a rotary wheel. On the other hand, there is a motorised focus, which can be adjusted precisely at the touch of a button. The motorised focus has the advantage for ceiling installations that the adjustment can be made very comfortably via the remote control. Last but not least, there is the autofocus, which automatically takes over the focusing by means of a camera. |
