CoverPlus Maintenance Onsite Swap is offered to ensure the functionality and operational readiness of your Epson products. Your product will be collected on site and taken to an Epson repair centre where it will be repaired and returned to you. The target repair time is 5 days from the day of receipt at the repair centre. This service includes all parts, with the exception of consumable parts. These are parts (e.g. filters or lamps) that can be purchased and fitted by the end user. The lamp/light source is covered up to the standard warranty hours and years specified in the product information, which is stated on the description of your CoverPlus package. Full details can be found in the product specifications online at www.epson.eu. Replacement of the lamp, if necessary, will be carried out by post, with the lamp being sent to the end user for installation. The CoverPlus maintenance package also offers the option of a virtual (remote) or telephone function check during the contract period. To book a function check, please contact your local Epson helpdesk.
