Open-Frame PCAP Touch Monitor with Touch-through-Glass Technology

The ProLite TF1534MC-B7X 15" (38 cm) open frame monitor features a 10pt projective capacitive touch display with a safety glass to the very edge. The monitor is IP65-rated, which means it is dustproof and waterproof from the front. Together with the touch-through-glass technology, which allows seamless and precise touch response through an external window or glass surface, the monitor is the ideal solution for areas such as industrial and in-store retail, but also perfect for vending machines, digital storefronts, and anywhere visual and interactive touch surfaces are desired. To facilitate installation, the monitor can be equipped with mounting brackets available separately (OMK1-1).

TOUCH TECHNOLOGY - CAPACITIVE

This technology uses a sensor network of microfine wires integrated into the glass surface. By touching the glass, electrical signals are changed and thus the touch position can be calculated and transmitted to the controller. The glass surface of this technology is extremely durable, the touch functionality remains unaffected even if the glass is scratched. It offers perfect image reproduction and can be operated with fingers (even with latex gloves) or magnetic pens.

TOUCH THROUGH GLASS

This touch screen with glass pass-through works directly through glass and can turn glass surfaces into an interactive touch screen display. Use this device in shop windows, as in a real estate office, for POS or in restaurants.

SCRATCH RESISTANCE

Scratch resistance is essential for touch solutions used in public places and schools. This is achieved by a glass panel on the screen. It guarantees a long lifetime of the touch function and even more important, the touch function remains unaffected even if the glass is scratched.

OPEN FRAME BRACKETS

This open frame monitor can be equipped with mounting brackets, which are sold separately. These guarantee easy installation and make it an ideal solution for integrators and kiosk system manufacturers.
