VS-88H2 is an 8x8 high-performance HDMI matrix for 4K@60Hz (4:4:4), HDR, HDMI signals and the routing of digital audio signals. The signals are re-clocked and equalised. Signals from each of the eight HDMI, HDCP-compliant sources (selectable) can be routed either to each individual output device separately or to all outputs simultaneously. VS-88H2 offers unprecedented audio flexibility: any integrated digital audio input can be routed to any integrated digital audio output, providing an equivalent 16x12 audio matrix when combined with eight additional ARC sources.

 High Performance AV Matrix - Switches eight 4K@60HZ (4:4:4), HDR, HDMI, HDCP compliant signals to eight 4K@60Hz (4:4:4), HDR, HDMI, HDCP2.2/1.4 compliant outputs with a transfer rate of up to 18G. Using Kramer re-Klocking™ and equalisation technology, the digital signal is rebuilt so that it can overcome longer distances. For optimal range and performance, please use the recommended Kramer cables.

•  Easy-to-use step-in collaboration function - In combination with a Kramer switcher with step-in function, all you need to do is plug in your device and then press the step-in button. Your device is immediately shown as an active signal on the main display.
•  EDID management - Individual EDID settings for each input. Capture and storage of EDID data from display devices.
•  Flexible copy protection - HDCP support can be set for each input.
•  Fast switching - 16 HDMI routings can be stored and recalled.
•  Smart switching - Active detection of sources and sinks. Automatic input selection based on the preset "priority" or "last connected".
•  Integrated test pattern generator - with selection of test patterns
•  Options for convenient device control and configuration - local control via the control panel offers switching, video mute, test pattern, memory, front panel lock and EDID buttons as well as the input/output LED indicator. Remote control is user-friendly via browser or Protocol 3000 API via network or via RS-232 from a PC, touch panel or button control.
