Quad Pixel Drive, Panasonic's original 2-axis pixel quadrupling technology, rapidly shifts each pixel vertically and horizontally to produce sharp, clear and detailed 4K images with a maximum resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels (16:9). Combined with the DMD's high pixel density and narrow aperture ratio, Quad Pixel Drive produces smooth, film-like images with a superior sense of depth and definition, allowing viewers to retain complex information.

Dynamic Contrast directly modulates light output to achieve high contrast with lower power consumption. Digitally controlled frame-by-frame modulation for scene matching ensures precise adjustment of light output for accurate contrast, even when bright and dark scenes alternate frequently.

Aided by a highly efficient liquid cooling system, a hermetically sealed and dust-resistant optical block and low degradation diodes grouped in multiple modules, SOLID SHINE laser projectors can operate reliably 24 hours a day. Panasonic's free AV management software for Windows ®Use the PC to monitor and control up to 2,048 compatible display devices of any brand over LAN to reduce maintenance in display networks of any size. The software enables status monitoring, control command execution, content playlist provision, playback scheduling and system overview visualisation. A free 90-day trial of optional early warning features is included and adds additional functionality. It notifies the operator in the event of a playback or device error and sends alerts when symptoms of a malfunction are detected. Maintenance reminders optimise unit management. Operating reports can be generated and exported as text files. The software connects to compatible network cameras for live screen monitoring, and you can also monitor device status via VPN from a tablet.

Sensors detect colour and brightness on the screen. Projectors are automatically calibrated for a consistent image across multiple screens, increasing convenience and cost savings for long-term deployments.
